Q. What form does the Therapy Sessions and Success Coaching take?

A. You can have an initial FREE phone consultation to explain what you want to achieve, whether that is making more money, removing phobias, becoming slimmer, dealing with stress or anxiety more effectively etc. We can look at possible causes, limiting beliefs, origin of any negative emotions and put together a "tailored" program for you.

The Program will consist of one to one coaching sessions which take an hour each time conducted at a private office, allowing you to be undisturbed and comfortable for the hour. Sessions can also be conducted over the phone or on the internet using SKYPE if distance prevents face to face sessions.

Q. Does it really work?

A. The good news is that it works with an an 80-85% success rate The techniques used often work where nothing else will. I'm always happy to demonstrate how they work to show people that results can come quickly. You'll also get 110% effort from me because I really want to get results for you.

Q. What does it cost and how many sessions will I need?

A. The flat fee is £60 per hour and the techniques have a good track record. Some problems can be cleared in just one session.

Some issues may involve more work, and 4-5 sessions is usually the maximum.

Q. What techniques are used?

Primarily NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), which is a way of changing the way we think at an unconscious level that then changes how we feel and how we behave, resulting in new actions. Also EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), which is like acupuncture, without the needles!! It's quick, painless and highly effective.

You'll also be able to use these techniques at home.

Q. What are your qualifications?

A. Master Practitioner in NLP, EFT Practitioner (level 1 and 2) and Certificate in Hypnosis. All work is covered by Holistic Insurance Services.

Q. Can it be used to improve performance?

A. YES!! It's great for taking people beyond their current beliefs about their ability and performance, so ideal for sports, business or income generation. It can also be used with groups and teams.
